The development of public transport is the development direction of modern cities.In recent years,public transportation has been an important way to relieve road congestion,reduce environmental pollution and improve people's living standards.However,at present,the development situation of ZBGJ Company,which is affiliated to a state-owned enterprise,is not optimistic,with low enthusiasm of employees,loose working attitude and serious loss of core talents,which have become the key to the company's development.The important factor to improve employees' enthusiasm is to establish a reasonable incentive system to improve employees' working attitude,improve work efficiency and get out of the dilemma of enterprise development.To perfect ZBGJ company incentive mechanism,this article embarks from the theory of incentive mechanism,establish incentive mechanism framework and research problems of incentive mechanism,the company in the company's actual visiting survey and employee by way of questionnaire survey,found that the enterprise is common in the aspect of material incentive and spiritual incentive problem: no long-term material incentives,efficiency wage assessment way is not reasonable,the lack of spiritual motivation,etc.Combined with the actual situation of ZBGJ company and related incentive theories,this paper puts forward Suggestions on improving the incentive mechanism of the company from two aspects of material incentive and spiritual incentive.First,from the perspective of short-term material incentives,we should improve the assessment method of enterprise benefit salary,and distribute the year-end bonus according to the annual assessment to avoid equalitarianism.The second is to increase the long-term incentive way,put forward the use of "virtual equity" incentive way,to stimulate the core staff,to retain talent for the enterprise.Third,starting from the spirit of motivation,make good use of the target incentive,promotion incentive,emotional incentive,training incentive and environmental incentive,enrich the way of employee motivation,improve the incentive mechanism.At the same time,the relevant supervision and guarantee system should be improved to make the upper management pay attention,the middle management should communicate well and the grass-roots management should give feedback,so as to improve the company's incentive mechanism.It is hoped that through the above incentive mechanism,the quality of the staff can be improved,the working environment of the staff can be improved,and the consciousness of the protagonist of the staff can be enhanced,so that the enterprise can develop better.
