China's reform has entered a bottleneck period,and the state-owned enterprises are facing more and more severe challenges.In the fierce competitive environment,employee incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises scientific and reasonable use is especially important,reasonable incentive mechanism,state-owned enterprises can promote the enthusiasm of employees,so that employees work enthusiasm into the work rate,make the state-owned enterprises to increase the development of intangible capital,employee incentive idea itself has a lot of advantages.China's reform has entered a bottleneck period,and the state-owned enterprises are facing more and more severe challenges.In the fierce competitive environment,employee incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises scientific and reasonable use is especially important,reasonable incentive mechanism,state-owned enterprises can promote the enthusiasm of employees,so that employees work enthusiasm into the work rate,make the state-owned enterprises to increase the development of intangible capital,employee incentive idea itself has a lot of advantages.In this paper,literature analysis method,empirical analysis method,questionnaire interview method and other research methods are comprehensively adopted.Through field investigation of state-owned enterprise A,the current situation of its incentive system formulation and implementation is understood,and the collected data and data are analyzed.his paper mainly includes the following parts:the first part introduces the background of the topic,the research purpose and significance of this paper in promoting the reform of state-owned economy and exploring the production enthusiasm and creativity of state-owned enterprise employees,and introduces the research framework and structural arrangement of this paper.The second part,through the introduction of incentive theory,combined with the analysis of the current situation of incentive theory at home and abroad,summarizes the current main incentive theory,to provide methodological guidance for the next step of research;The third part,aiming at the case of A state-owned enterprise,analyzes its current operation and development status,analyzes the existing problems of its incentive system through questionnaire analysis and analyzes the reasons.In the fourth part,according to the management and system construction problems exposed by enterprise A,the incentive plan is designed for enterprise A in combination with its own characteristics and current economic development.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:first,the existing incentive system of company A is outdated and unitary,which cannot adapt to the development of market economy,and lacks systematicness and scientificity.Second,the incentive system of company A lacks personalized design for employees,and the management and employees lack incentive consciousness,which leads to the virtual system in the implementation process.The incentive system design is too administrative and material,and lacks the design of spiritual incentive for employees.Third,the incentive plan of enterprise A should be designed with personalized design and an organic combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive,so as to promote the long-term innovative development of the enterprise with the realization of employees' personal growth and talent,and combine the personal destiny of employees with that of the enterprise to achieve A win-win situation.
