At present,China is in the process of globalization and opening-up,the economy was booming. At the same time, urbanization is on the rise. The urban network formed by the spatial layout of enterprises in the world is in the process of increasingly complex spatial evolution. The research of Chinese urban system also needs to change from attribute to relation, and realize the transformation from hierarchy to network.Based on the perspective of enterprise network, this paper uses the data of headquarters and branches of China's top 500 enterprises in 2005,2010 and 2019 to build China's urban network.Firstly,it analyzes the evolution process of China's urban network association pattern.Secondly, the QAP model is constructed based on the urban attribute data of 2010 and 2019 to identify the influencing factors. Finally,it analyzes the formation mechanism of the evolution process of urban network connection pattern in China. The results show that:(1)the scope of urban network connection pattern is expanding from the eastern region to the central and western regions, that is,the urban network is becoming more and more flat, while the hierarchy between cities has not disappeared, the influence and status of cities in the economically developed regions are increasing, more and more western cities are participating in the urban network, and the investment attraction is increasing;(2)From the perspective of the trend of network connection, the connection between cities is continuously strengthened, and the network scale is constantly increasing, but the overall connection is still relatively loose, and the eastern part is well developed, the central and western part is not well developed, and the radiation effect of the eastern cities on the cities in other regions is increasingly strong;(3)according to the calculation of this paper, the average path length is relatively small and smaller, while the agglomeration coefficient value is smaller and smaller The urban network in China has a typical "small world" effect, and the "small world" effect is more and more obvious. There is a typical "small world" effect in China's urban network, and the "small world" effect is more and more obvious;(4)through cluster analysis, the number of subgroups is more and more, but only a few cities appear in the subgroups, indicating that most of the connections occur between core cities, which is also the most important reason for the overall low density of urban network and the imbalance of overall development. In addition, the core cities have the trend of expanding from the eastern region to the central and western region, and the status of the central and western cities is rising continuously;(5)the size of the city, the resources owned by the city and the production cost have a significant impact on the formation of the urban network connection pattern, and the smaller the gap between the size of the city, the resources owned by the city and the larger the gap between the production costsare, the easier it is for cities to And historical factors have a profound impact on the evolution of urban network connection pattern.(6)In the process of evolution of urban network connection pattern in China, the mechanism of optimal connectivity, path dependence and proximity play an important role.At the same time, the following three suggestions are put forward for the improvement of urban network:(1)in the process of urbanization, the gap between urban development should be narrowed, mainly through improving infrastructure, strengthening the construction of human resources team, and improving the level of public service;(2)strengthening the leading role of core cities to enhance regional competitiveness;(3)deepening the flattening of urban nodes. On the one hand, strengthen the connection between the core cities,on the other hand, vigorously enhance the investment attraction of the edge cities, and promote the edge cities to actively participate in the urban network.
