In the development of the economy in the new era,companies are increasingly attaching importance to the cultivation and competition of outstanding talents.Implementing a reasonable and effective employee incentive mechanism is conducive to mobilizing employees 'enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work,improving employees'satisfaction and loyalty to the company,and also has a greater appeal to outstanding talents,thereby enabling companies to profit from industry competition.At present,due to the limitation of scale and system of the current small and medium-sized enterprises,many problems have arisen in the management of the company.In particular,the company has a high staff turnover rate,poor work potential,and low work enthusiasm,which has greatly hindered the improvement of economic benefits of the company The development of the enterprise.The root cause of such problems is that companies do not pay much attention to the construction of employee incentive mechanisms.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a scientific and effective employee incentive mechanism,which will stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees,tap their potential,increase their sense of identity with the company,and greatly enhance the competitiveness of the company's talents and promote the development of the company.This article focuses on the research on employee incentive mechanism of B property company.Based on the two-factor theory as the research theoretical foundation,first of all,the documents on the research of the two-factor theory and the incentive mechanism at home and abroad were sorted out to understand the current research status of related theories and concepts.Through the questionnaire survey method,a questionnaire was distributed to all employees of B property company.In addition,relevant subject interviews were conducted to understand the current incentive mechanism of B property company.Based on the data analysis results of the questionnaire survey,the two-factor theory is used to summarize and summarize the problems existing in the B property management company and the reasons for the problems.Based on this,based on the two-factor theory,the principles and countermeasures for optimizing the incentive mechanism of B property company employees are proposed,and safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive mechanism.This article is mainly divided into seven parts:the first chapter is the introduction,combined with the current era development background and enterprise competition elements,introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,methods,content and innovation points;the second chapter is the overview of related theories,mainly introduces the concept of incentive and incentive mechanism,the connotation of two factor theory,mainly including health factors and incentive factors The third chapter is a survey of the status quo and operation effect of the employee incentive mechanism of B property company,which mainly includes the current organizational structure and basic personnel situation of B property company,and analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey based on the two factor theory;the fourth chapter is about the problems and reasons of the employees of B property company According to the results of the questionnaire survey data analysis,based on the two factor theory,the main problems of B property company's employee incentive mechanism are summarized as follows:lack of positive and enterprising spirit of employees;high turnover rate;lack of sense of identity and belonging;limited attraction to outstanding talents outside the enterprise.And the causes of the problems are analyzed,mainly the lack of promotion;the lack of corporate culture;the training system is not perfect;the salary and welfare mechanism is not perfect;the performance appraisal mechanism is unreasonable;the interpersonal relationship is not harmonious and so on.The fifth chapter is the Optimization Countermeasures of B property company's staff incentive mechanism.Combining with the actual situation of B property company,according to the connotation of two factors theory,this paper discusses the optimization principles of B property company's staff incentive mechanism,and formulates the following Optimization Countermeasures on the basis of following principles:broadening career development space;strengthening the construction of enterprise culture;speeding up the improvement of training system;improving salary and welfare We should optimize the performance appraisal mechanism and establish good interpersonal relationship.The sixth chapter is the safeguard measures for the implementation of the employee incentive mechanism of B property company,which puts forward five aspects:shaping the enterprise incentive culture,improving the concept of corporate culture;constructing the responsibility system to strengthen the implementation of the new incentive mechanism;establishing an effective feedback mechanism to create a smooth communication environment;paying attention to the evaluation of incentive effect to improve the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism;implementing the funding to ensure the continuous construction of the incentive mechanism In order to promote the effective implementation of B property company employee incentive mechanism optimization countermeasures.The seventh chapter is the conclusion of this paper,which mainly summarizes the research conclusions and main points of this paper,points out the deficiencies of this study and makes prospects for the future research and improvement.
