With the rapid development of China's national economy,the property industry has developed rapidly.As a large Property Management Company in Xiangtan,the JD Property has made a series of achievements,but there are also a series of problems.Among these problems,the problem of employee incentive mechanism is particularly serious,which leads to the high turnover rate of employees and affects the company profitability and development prospects.Guided by the theory of "double factor" incentive,this paper follows the basic idea of "present situation description-problem depiction-reason analysis-optimization plan-safeguard measures",studies the incentive mechanism of JD Property employees.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,reviewing the current research status at home and abroad,summarizing the research ideas,research methods and main contents,and summarizing the innovation points and shortcomings.After reviewing the existing executive incentive theory and the general employee incentive theory,it is considered that the "double factor" incentive theory is more suitable for the incentive mechanism analysis of the property employees in JD.After investigation,it is found that the property appraisal mechanism of JD and the welfare system work well and the staff can get so much training opportunities,but there are also a series of problems.From the dimension of health care,there are many problems,such as the low level of employee absolute wages,and the lack of complete social insurance for some staff.From the incentive dimension,there are many problems such as lack of promotion opportunities and low sense of duty.In order to solve these problems,from the perspective of health care,we need to improve the salary level moderately and optimize the employee incentive mechanism and buy complete social insurance for some staff,especially the bottom service staff.From the incentive dimension,it is necessary to optimize the employee incentive mechanism from providing more opportunities for horizontal development and building vertical information channels.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of incentive mechanism scheme for JD Property employees,the safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of organization,system and finance.
