Employee Voluntary Turnover,one of the most serious issues for every organization which could build high cost to a company.Nowadays,Job hopping becomes a term that every company would afraid of,hence what could be the reason behind this kind of behaviors.Does the monetary valuable enough to influence of such hopping behavior.The study aims to identify the process of turnover and the influence of career choices.In turn to understand the statement that employee would think "I would better resign,what would be my match job?"The purpose of this paper was to emphasize and study the perspective of Thais labour forces on actual voluntary turnover and influences of career choices in different generations.The study also analyzed the determinant of people with respect to the career preferences and factors influencing the career choices,which includes the identifying of bunches of turnover theories and the factors amongst the turnover and job acceptance decision by analyzing the role of job attitude and job alternatives towards actual turnover on different generation.Research methodology was designed base on questionnaires or survey for primary data collection from more than 325 Thais with the random sampling technique and analyzed by using IBM SPSS Software done by defining statistic significant value,generate the result and show correlation relationships of the model,also some causal effect of variables.The study was designed to emphasize and understand employee state of mind and to adjust in reality for retaining and recruiting process in organization.Expected results was aimed to be matched with all hypothesis regarding the research questions which is favorably and mainly able to reject established null hypothesis and able to identify some reasons under Thai context.
