In recent years,the development of the real estate industry has become one of the important industries of China’s economic growth.With the rapid development of the real estate industry,it constantly explores new strategic direction and management mode.In practice,the industry also fully realizes that the perfect performance management system can maximize the enthusiasm of employees and give full play to their subjective initiative.Therefore,it is very important to establish a scientific and effective performance management system.In this paper,H real estate enterprise is taken as the empirical research object,and the questionnaire method and interview method are used to conduct in-depth and detailed research and Analysis on the current performance management system of the enterprise,It is found that the main problems existing in the performance management of the enterprise are:the performance management system is divorced from the reality;the performance management process is not standardized;the performance communication mechanism is not perfect;the application of performance evaluation results is not comprehensive;the main reasons for these problems are firstly the rapid development of the industry,the cultivation of a number of excellent real estate developers,but the lack of outstanding performance managers;secondly,the company attaches great importance to the short term Third,the staff misunderstood and rejected the performance management.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of H real estate enterprises,this paper formulates the performance management optimization strategy of H real estate enterprises,sets up organizational strategic objectives,determines the optimization principles of performance management programs,formulates the framework and ideas of performance management optimization programs,and selects performance management tools.From a scientific,strategic,practical and operational point of view,H real estate enterprise performance management optimization system is constructed to classify the performance management work;use balanced scorecard to decompose the indicators;develop performance evaluation plan;establish performance feedback and channels;apply performance evaluation results.In order to ensure the implementation of performance management optimization system,further put forward safeguard measures,improve and perfect performance management system,establish performance management institutions,provide organizational guarantee for the implementation of performance management,and build a good performance culture.Through the research,we strive to establish a set of performance management system to adapt to the strategic development of enterprises and meet the needs of market competition,and constantly improve the performance management level of domestic real estate enterprises to ensure the competitive advantage of enterprises in the development.
