| In recent years, a series of food safety events emerge one after another, attracting much publicattention. Obviously, food safety event has such characteristics as sudden-happeningwidely-affecting, time-pressing, severely-impairing. As is known to all, decision-making is the keyto deal with food safety emergency quickly and effectively. So it is necessary that we take measuresto manage the knowledge related to support the emergency decision of food safety event. Therefore,based on combing the process of emergency management in food safety area, a number of keyissues related to knowledge management of food safety emergency management are studied,including the construction of knowledge ontology model of food safety emergency managementand knowledge retrieval of food safety emergency based on ontology.Firstly, the logic framework of emergency management in food safety area is combed. Throughanalyzing the emergency response mechanism of food safety event, the logic management systemof food safety event is constructed based on the knowledge management of food safety event, whichis divided into three modules of data storage, knowledge representation, knowledge retrieval ofknowledge management. Furthermore, the structure, function and implementation method of thethree modules are discussed in detail.Secondly, knowledge ontology model of food safety emergency management is constructed.Based on analyzing the process of emergency management, the domain knowledge of food safetyemergency management is classified from the perspective of situation description, process evolution,decision support, and resource condition of food safety emergency management. Then, ontologytheory is introduced to construct the knowledge ontology model of food safety emergencymanagement. Meanwhile, the concepts, relationships and attributes of the ontology model weconstructed are discussed at length. Furthermore, protégétool is used to construct the knowledgeontology base of food safety emergency management, which contributes to the knowledgerepresentation, storage, and application of food safety emergency management.Finally, knowledge retrieval of food safety emergency management based on ontology is studied.Using the knowledge ontology model of food safety emergency management we constructed as theframework of decision-making knowledge, the decision-making knowledge requirement of foodsafety emergency management is obtained by matching the situation description text of food safetyevent to the ontology model, thus constructing the semantic space model of the situation description of food safety event. Based on the semantic space model, the similarity calculation method isdesigned to study the ontology-based knowledge retrieval. In addition, since there is the situationevolution of food safety event, knowledge retrieval of food safety emergency managementaccording to situation evolution is put forward. |
