With the progress of the times and the development of technology,the era of knowledge economy has come.The strength of science and technology is an important guarantee for the core competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.R&D personnel with knowledge and technology are not only the core of enterprises,but also the main force of enterprises innovation.SL Science and Technology Company is a national key high-tech enterprise in the fields of energy conservation,environmental protection,new energy,Internet transmission control and intelligent equipment in China.It was founded in 1998.It integrates R&D,manufacturing,system integration and customer service.Its products cover high and low voltage frequency conversion control system,automatic production line and robot transmission eontrol.EPS power supply,Port shore power supply,multi/single crystal silicon power supply and other industrial power supply systems.Based on the background of SL Company,this article takes R&D personnel as a special group of knowledge workers as the research object,and takes the relevant theory of incentive and the research results at home and abroad as the guiding ideology.By using the methods of questionnaire survey and interviews with key personnel,From the two aspects of material incentives and spiritual incentives,we have found out the problems existing in SL company.s incentive mechanism.From the analysis of it,we can know that the problems of material incentive,they are salary and welfare system,imperfect evaluation mechanism of R&D projects.There are some problems in spiritual motivation,such as lack of employee career planning,imperfect training system and neglect of personal achievement motivation.We have found out the current management model is backward,ignoring the inherent needs of R&D personnel;lack of material incentives;single incentive mode and lack of spiritual incentives by analyzing it.Through the above research and analysis,this article intends to re-optimize and build a new incentive mechanism on the basis of existing incentives by establishing a dual-track broadband salary and welfare incentive mechanism,improving the evaluation incentive mechanism of R&D projects,work and career development incentive mechanism,and personal achievement incentive mechanism.On the one hand,it meets the basic needs of R&D personnel from material incentives;on the other hand,it pays more attention to the deep spiritual needs of R&D personnel,such as career development,training and self-improvement,personal achievements,etc.Through these measures to continuously motivate R&D personnel,tap the potential of R&D personnel,stabilize R&D team,in order to maintain the innovation capability and safeguard the sustainable development of the SL technology company.
