Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In Small Township Food Workshops

The country is based on the people,the people take food as the heaven,and food comes first.Food safety is directly related to everyone's physical health and life safety,and it is also related to economic development,social harmony and the image of the country.It is a major livelihood issue.For more than 40 years of reform and opening up,the domestic food industry has continued to expand in size and industrialization level has continued to increase,but there are still a large number of small food workshops,and there are many hidden dangers to small food workshops.Food safety issues in small food workshops not only affect the health of the general public,but also affect the development and stability of the entire society.This article takes the food safety supervision of township small food workshops as the research object,selects Jinxi Town of Kunshan City as the empirical research area,introduces the food safety supervision status of township food small workshops,finds the food safety supervision problems of food small workshops,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Drawing on the successful experience of supervision of small food workshops at home and abroad,the countermeasures to solve the food safety supervision problems of small township food workshops are proposed,including the level of small food workshops,the level of government supervision and the social level,which mainly include strengthening the strength of supervisors and promoting the upgrade of small food workshops.,Establish and improve the food safety coordination mechanism,co-governance of multiple social subjects and other countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research in this article,it can provide reference for the practice and decision-making of food safety supervision of small workshops in Jinxi Town,improve the quality of food workshops,improve the supervision level of small workshops,and ensure the safety of small workshops.
