Food safety is closely related to everyone's vital interests.It is not only related to the quality of our life,even relates to national security and social stability,relationship to the whole human survival and development,more influence morality,honesty and credibility of the government.As technology update and improve,the food industry has been growing by leaps and bounds of development,all kinds of food additives and nutrition enhancer emerge in endlessly,all above this brought our food to a new look.All,however,every coin has two sides,the food safety problems have also been increasing in recent years,big to SANLU milk powder,small to dyed steamed buns,all kinds of major food safety incidents has severely affected people's health,also brought severe losses for countries,many problems also in the small food production workshops.The small food production workshops has been the food safety regulatory difficulties due to its particularity.Legal blank and powerless,abuse jue of food safety incidents,the small workshops as a frequent occurrence point of food safety problems and the difficulties of the regulation have to attention,therefore it is necessary to study its regulatory problems.In this paper,food processing small workshops of Nanchang city as example,from the food regulation of small workshops are faced with the problem in the view of public management to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and on the basis of which the countermeasures of regulatory governance the small food production workshops.Firstly,this paper starts from the related research background,research significance and related literature review at home and abroad,so as to form a holistic understanding and grasp of the research object.Then,according to the relevant research theory,the paper analyzes the problems in the process of supervision of small food workshops in Nanchang,and puts forward the measures to effectively supervise the small food workshops in Nanchang.In the case,the case of preserved eggs and rice noodles indicates that the food processing is small in Nanchang.The main problems facing the workshop supervision,such as: small workshop-related laws and regulations are not perfect,small workshops practitioners food safetyawareness,inadequate supervision of resources,the Government unilaterally regulatory malpractice and so on.Finally,the author suggests some suggestions on how to optimize the supervising mode of small workshops,such as standardizing the production activities of small workshops,perfecting the information analysis system of food safety risk,drawing up the advanced experience of foreign countries and the excellent examples of some domestic regions,And based on the establishment and improvement of food workshop registration system for small workshops,hoping to improve these measures to improve the supervision of small food workshop mechanism.
