Study On Tax Service Optimization Of Tongliao Tax Bureau From The Perspective Of New Public Service

Tax payment service is an important part of the construction of a modern collection and management system and the foundation of the construction of a national service-oriented government.With the rapid development of China's social economy and the transformation of government management functions,the "tax sense" of taxpayers is increasing day by day,and the level of demand for tax service from tax authorities is continuously increasing.The optimization of tax service helps taxpayers to fully feel the convenience and respect of tax service.Based on the results of the satisfaction survey,the author made an on-the-spot investigation on the current situation of tax service of Tongliao Tax Bureau by visiting enterprises and holding symposiums,found the problems in tax service,analyzed the causes of the problems by using the new public service theory and put forward reasonable suggestions,providing direction for the reform and development of tax work in Tongliao City.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,literature review,research contents and methods.The second part introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of tax service.The third part analyzes the existing problems and reasons based on the current tax service situation of Tongliao Tax Bureau.The fourth part is to draw lessons from domestic and foreign experiences for improving the tax service of Tongliao Tax Bureau.The fifth part analyzes and demonstrates the problems found in the investigation from the perspective of the new public service theory,and puts forward suggestions to solve the tax service problems of Tongliao City Tax Bureau.
