Under the background of the further fierce competition in the banking industry,it is of great value to give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of young bank employees.Motivation is the key to realize the human resource value of young bank employees,but it needs a comprehensive mechanism system to play the expected effect.With the help of WJ behavior cases of Suzhou Agricultural Bank,this paper discusses the measures and deficiencies in the motivation of young employees on the basis of comprehensive use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods.The research results of this paper are of practical application significance to guide WJ branch of Suzhou Agricultural Bank to make scientific and reasonable decision-making on the optimization and improvement of young employees' incentive mechanism;and the methods and research thinking process put forward in the research can also provide indirect reference for similar enterprises to explore the issue of young employees' incentive,so as to extend the research value of this paper from a single bank to a case Outside the bank.This paper takes the young employees of WJ branch of Suzhou Agricultural Bank as the research sample,and analyzes the incentive problems of young employees in WJ branch and outlets of Suzhou Agricultural Bank.Through the analysis,we can see that:first of all,the current incentive policy for young employees of Suzhou Agricultural Bank WJ branch is mainly composed of three parts:material level incentive,spiritual level incentive and career development level incentive.Further combined with the questionnaire data analysis,we can see that the average satisfaction of young employees to the incentive mechanism of WJ branch of ABC is 3.00 points,which is generally in a low level of general satisfaction.Secondly,the failure of the incentive system of young employees in WJ branch of Suzhou Agricultural Bank of China is manifested in the following aspects:the mismatch between salary and post payment,the lack of form of spiritual incentive,the lack of moderation of work intensity incentive,and the imperfection of the incentive system for career development.The reasons for the above phenomena are:the compensation and welfare of young employees are not satisfied,the lack of awareness of the importance of spiritual incentive,and the over control of human resources Resource cost leads to excessive work pressure and neglects the importance of career development in incentive mechanism.Thirdly,the incentive optimization plan for young employees of WJ branch of Suzhou Agricultural Bank includes:optimizing material incentive content,strengthening spiritual incentive,strengthening work environment incentive and optimizing career development incentive system.Combined with the actual situation of WJ branch of Suzhou Agricultural Bank,the paper provides the ideas,organizations,talents and material guarantee measures for the implementation of the plan.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the whole research.
