Employee innovation performance has a significant impact on an organization's sustainable competitive advantage.In order to explore the relationship between leadership mediation focus,employee dual learning,organizational flexibility,and employee innovation performance,the work adjustment focus scale,dual learning scale,organizational flexibility scale,and innovative work behavior scale were adopted.A total of 347 corporate employees from 29 teams in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Henan,Fujian,Heilongjiang,Liaoning,Jilin and other places were selected as the effective subjects to conduct research.Through descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and t test,multi-level hypothesis The model tests the mediating effect and other methods to analyze,and draws the following conclusions:?.The focus of leadership mediation,employee dual learning,organizational flexibility and employee innovation performance are all above intermediate levels.Employee dual learning has significant main effects on education level,company nature,and the industry to which the company belongs.The main effect in the industry is significant;the employee's use-based learning has a significant effect on the job;the employee's innovation performance has a significant effect on gender,education level,and job.?.The correlation between leadership mediation focus,employee dual learning,organizational flexibility,and employee innovation performance is significantly positively correlated.The leadership promotion focus and leadership defense focus can positively predict employee innovation performance.Employee dual learning can positively predict employee innovation performance.?.Employee dual learning plays a complete cross-layer intermediary role between leadership promotion focus and employee innovation performance,and organizational flexibility plays between leadership promotion focus and employee innovation performance,leadership defense focus and employee innovation performance.Complete cross-layer mediation.Based on the above conclusions,this study uses the hierarchical model theory of self-regulation focus theory,organizational duality theory,and organizational design theory as the theoretical support for the study.It explores the two aspects of the focus of promotion and defense of leadership mediation focus on affecting employee duality through the individual level.Meta-learning,and the internal psychological mechanism that affects organizational flexibility at the organizational level and ultimately affects employee innovation performance.In-depth analysis of the impact of leadership adjustment focus on subordinates' innovation performance,enriched the research results of adjustment focus,dual learning,organizational flexibility and innovation performance.In terms of management enlightenment,it is proposed that in management practice,leaders should show a higher focus of promotion and regulation,thereby motivating employees 'exploratory learning and utilization learning levels,and then promoting employees' innovation performance;at the same time,leaders should also focus on promoting Organizational flexibility,by improving technical flexibility,structural flexibility,cultural flexibility and providing excellent organizational guarantee for employee development and promotion.
