As a negative psychological emotion, relative deprivation is a hot topic in recent years.Hotel is a labor-intensive service-oriented enterprise.Because of the different nature and content of the work, the employees in the hotel industry have great differences in many aspects, such as salary, work welfare, career development, etc. However, many people in the workplace have a partial “jealous” mentality.According to the social comparison theory, employees will compare their income to pay ratio horizontally and vertically,Employees who are not satisfied with their income and career development tend to think that they have been treated unfairly subjectively, resulting in a sense of relative deprivation. The emergence of "relative deprivation" will lead to its anti-production behavior and even resignation,so it must be highly valued. This paper attempts to take the relative deprivation of hotel employees as the antecedent variable of their anti-production behavior, and introduces the variable of attribution style to test its regulatory role between the relative deprivation and anti-production behavior. This paper conducted a questionnaire survey on hotel employees, analyzed and processed the sample data with SPSS25.0,and drew the following main conclusions:(1)The differences of demographic statistical variables in anti-production behavior and relative deprivation are reflected in age, education background, length of service and position level.(2)Relative deprivation has a significant positive effect on its anti-productive behavior: individual cognitive relative deprivation has a significant positive effect on directed organizational anti-productive behavior;individual emotional relative deprivation has a significant positive effect on directed organizational anti-productive behavior;individual cognitive relative deprivation has a significant positive effect on directed interpersonal anti-productive behavior;individual emotional relative deprivation has a significant positive effect on directed interpersonal anti-productive behavior There is a significant positive effect on directed interpersonal anti-productive behavior.(3)Attributional style has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between relative deprivation and anti-productive behavior:internal control attributional style plays a negative role in the relationship between relative deprivation and anti-productive behavior, while external control attributional style plays a positive role in the relationship between relative deprivation and anti-productive behavior.Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward several suggestions for the hotel industry managers: ensure the fairness of recruitment mechanism, strengthen internal supervision, establish a healthy and reasonable training mechanism, and create a good corporate culture.
