Relative deprivation is a feeling, which has been ignored. People started to pay attention to the spiritual life until the economy has developed to a certain extent. The relative deprivation is a sociological problem and a psychological problem. But we try to put it into the field of economics. This paper will take two empirical analysis methods to analyze the sense of deprivation, the first empirical analysis of residents’disposable income and residential housing prices indexes, the use of two-dimensional coupled model. The second empirical survey representative groups of migrant workers, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis examines peasant-workers the deprivation status quo and the influencing factors. The first part is the introduction. The paper mainly elaborates the research background and significance of research ideas and research methods. Lay the foundation for further writing of the article.Chapter Ⅱ is the review of relative deprivation theory. From the definition of relative deprivation, influencing factors, the impact and the model overview. By reviewing the definition of a sense of relative deprivation, the paper argues that relative deprivation including three conditions:the individual or groups compare with other people or other groups; they have a cognitive evaluation, feeling at a disadvantage; such perceived disadvantage is seen as unfair. In this paper, the three conditions of relative deprivation and economics defined relative deprivation of an individual or groups in the existing cognitive case, with its own expectations of others or other groups have gaps, and this gap in his or their view is an emotion that should not be there.Summary scholars of relative deprivation factors based on the analysis that the impact of relative deprivation factors can be considered from two dimensions: the external phenomena of social injustice as well as people’s existing knowledge and values system of internal factors. Relative deprivation sense to produce the effect of a collective and individual behavior, especially in recent years of collective behavior increasing further illustrate the seriousness of the sense of social deprivation. Part of quantitative research in order indicators research and model relative deprivation indicators, there are four model study also gradually from one-dimensional to multidimensional gradually improve. Blank last previous studies the depth breadth as well as research, further elaborated the need for this study. The third part is the important chapter, by stating the differences between the relative sense of deprivation and social comparison theory, to further clarify the concept of relative deprivation. Use relative deprivation theory to explain Income-happiness paradox and prove the feasibility of relative deprivation theory and technical analysis from an economic point of view. The relative deprivation dimensional coupled Chapter empirical analysis. Using two-dimensional coupled model by the house-prices and income. Study found that despite the per capita disposable income of urban residents gradually increase, but high prices are still more than the people affordable price growth rate far exceeds the disposable income of the people, especially in the eastern developed regions and the sense of deprivation in the35cities in the top10have80%is the eastern part of the city, the final ranking5cities,80%is the central city. Revenue growth satisfaction is the sense of deprivation of house price growth is severely weakened. The fifth part of the questionnaire empirical analysis. Design questionnaires, select indicators groups of migrant workers as the object under investigation, a descriptive analysis of the data obtained, correlation and regression analysis, analysis of the sense of deprivation of the status quo of this group, and analyze the reasons for deprivation of, and factors the correlation between the draw relevant conclusions. Diminishing marginal income deprivation;sense of age and deprivation there is a U-shaped relationship, that, as the sense of deprivation of growth in the age of first decline after rising; sense of deprivation of the men stronger than women; qualifications but the higher the income the higher the sense of deprivation but also the higher; married the relative deprivation lowest; verify that the sense of deprivation is divided into horizontal the deprivation and vertical deprivation. The sixth part is the last part of this article, is the appropriate response to these empirical results to make policy recommendations, pointing out that the lack of this article. The policy recommendations close the empirical results of the first part of the empirical conclusion. The government should reduce the relative income gap, inhibition of housing prices measures such as increased investment in affordable housing, ensure that the legal status of affordable housing, and strictly control the purchase of affordable housing eligibility, combat speculation, accelerate the construction of housing information system. For the second part of the empirical analysis, this paper argues that weaken the sense of deprivation from both horizontal and vertical. For men must stir up the family burden inherent in the concept of change through publicity and education. Mutual tolerance and understand between husband and wife. Development of fair rules of competition, and create a fair competitive environment. Create solidarity, mutual respect and social environment.
