Research On The Spatial Spillover Effect Of Urbanization On Park Economy

The industrial park is an important carrier of national economy and regional economic development.As China’s economy changes from highspeed growth stage to high-quality development stage,the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development of industrial parks is becoming increasingly prominent.Spatial factors become the necessary factors to promote the coordinated development of regional park economy.Based on the above background,this paper studies the spatial spillover effect of urbanization on the park economy from both theoretical and empirical aspects,and explores how to use urbanization to improve the level of park economy,and how to use the spatial spillover effect to promote the coordinated development of regional park economy.This paper first introduces the concept of urbanization and park economy,and sorts out the relevant theories of spatial spillover effect,such as externality theory,unbalanced development theory and new economic geography theory.Then it analyzes the spatial spillover effect of urbanization on park economy in Hunan Province from three aspects of human capital flow,transportation conditions and industrial structure optimization Use the path.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the current situation of urbanization and park economy in Hunan Province,and then uses the data of 14 cities above prefecture level in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2016 to verify the spatial spillover effects of population urbanization,Economic Urbanization and social urbanization on park economy in Hunan Province Based on theoretical analysis.Finally,taking the results of empirical analysis as a reference,the development of parks in Hunan Province is analyzed The economy puts forward targeted suggestions.Through theoretical research and empirical research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the level of urbanization and the economic level of parks in Hunan Province are not balanced;(2)there is spatial autocorrelation in the economic level of parks in Hunan Province,and the economic levels of parks in various cities and prefectures are interrelated.It is reasonable to include the spatial spillover effect in the study of the impact of urbanization on the park economy in Hunan Province;(3)it is reasonable to include the spatial spillover effect in the study of the impact of urbanization on the park economy in Hunan Province Through the decomposition of spatial effects,we can see that the direct and spillover effects of population urbanization on the park economy are significantly positive;the direct effect of Economic Urbanization on the park economy is significantly negative,while the spatial spillover effect on the economic level of the adjacent cities and prefectures is positive but not significant;the direct effect of social urbanization on the economic level of the park is positive but not significant The spatial spillover effect on the economic level of the park is significantly negative.At the same time,according to the conclusion of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of human capital,transportation and industrial structure:(1)promoting the construction of new urbanization in central cities with people as the core;(2)optimizing the transportation network and dredging the spillover path;(3)adjusting measures to local conditions to optimize the industrial structure.
