| Urbanization is the necessary outcome of social development to a certain stage.Previous urbanization development focus on rapidly enlarging the size of cities,which led to the incongruity between urban scale and resource carrying capacity and did not meet the strategic requirements of sustainable development in China.New urbanization is a human-oriented,ecologically livable and sustainable urbanization,which is a development style adapt to China’s national situation.In the report of the20 th Party Congress,it is proposed to "promote a new type of urbanization with people as the core,and accelerate the civilization of the agricultural transfer population".Exploring the quality of China’s new urbanization development,accelerating the progress of urbanization,and finding the endogenous power to drive urbanization development are the key research issues at present.The past studies indicate that the digital economy,as a new economic model of information technology and digitalization,is consistent with the inherent goal of new urbanization development.As an important pushing force of China’s economic development,the digital economy can also enhance the quality of new urbanization development,and it is of great practical significance to explore the mechanism of action between the two.This paper mainly researches the following contents:(1)constructing a new type of urbanization index evaluation system.This paper firstly sorts out and defines the connotation of new urbanization,selects per capita indicators according to the connotation of new urbanization from various aspects such as human-centeredness,inclusiveness,sustainability and synergy,measures the development status of China’s new urbanization by using the entropy value method,calculates the development index of China’s new urbanization,and analyzes the current situation of China’s new urbanization development,and humanities China’s new urbanization development has obvious spatial aggregation phenomenon.(2)Establishing a spatial econometric model of digital economy and new urbanization.This paper selects specific indicators based on the connotation of digital economy,calculates the variables of digital economy development level by using principal component analysis,and establishes the spatial Durbin model with regional time point double fixation as the main research model of this paper by using LM test,effect selection test,Hausman test and other model testing methods.(3)Analysis of spatial effects.This paper decomposes the spatial effects of digital economy on new urbanization,and analyzes the direct and indirect effects of digital economy development level on new urbanization.(4)Test the intermediary effect.In this paper,the intermediary effect of industrial structure is tested by the three-step test and Sobel test,using industrial structure transformation as the intermediary variable,and its intermediary role in the development process of digital economy and new urbanization is explored.Based on the above research,the following research conclusions are drawn: First,China’s new urbanization development has made significant advances,and the new urbanization development index has improved significantly.Secondly,the uneven development of new urbanization among different regions is relatively prominent,and there is an obvious spatial aggregation phenomenon.Third,the digital economy can promote the new-type urbanization,and there is a active driving role in the process of new-type urbanization of development.Fourthly,industrial structures restructuring has a significant intermediary effect in the relationship between digital economy development and new urbanization,and is an important hand to push the new urbanization development through digital economy in China.Based on the above conclusions,the article concludes with corresponding suggestions based on the in-depth implementation of the connotation of new urbanization,promoting the development of digital economy and accelerating the transformation of industrial structure. |
