Study On Improvement Of Production Efficiency Of Fruit Planting Industry In Zhejiang Province

As one of the ten leading industries in agriculture in Zhejiang Province,fruit planting is of great significance to the development of agriculture,the increase of farmers' income and the growth of rural economy in Zhejiang.However,with the rapid progress of urbanization and the deepening of agricultural production intensification,the fruit planting industry in Zhejiang Province is facing a new development bottleneck under the new era.The increasingly tight supply of agricultural production factors has led to the contradiction between insufficient fruit supply and the people's growing demand for fruit consumption.The traditional production method of fruit plantation with element input as the core is disintegrating.Changing the fruit production mode and improving the efficiency of fruit planting are imminent.The inefficient fruit planting has led to the weakening of the core competitiveness of the fruit planting industry in Zhejiang.Improving production efficiency has become the key to enhancing the domestic and international competitiveness of Zhejiang fruit planting industry.This article summarizes the relevant theories and literature on the development of fruit planting industry and agricultural production efficiency;analyzes the development process of Zhejiang fruit planting industry and the new problems of Zhejiang fruit planting industry development in the new era using relevant data;using the provincial level panel data in the year of 2000 to 2017 under the framework of stochastic frontier analysis measures the production efficiency of fruit planting industries in various provinces,and comparatively analyzes the production efficiency of Zhejiang fruit planting industry;constructs an index system and analyzes the influencing factors of production efficiency of fruit planting industry in Zhejiang using the entropy weight gray correlation;put forward policy recommendations to improve the production efficiency of Zhejiang fruit planting industry.The main conclusions of this article are as follows: Firstly,the Zhejiang fruit plantation industry still faces many problems such as overcapacity of fruit products and insufficient supply of high-end fruits,quality of fruit products to be improved,lagging behind of fruit planting technology,and imbalances in the fruit plantation plantingstructure.Secondly,from a numerical point of view,the production efficiency of the fruit plantation industry in Zhejiang Province is on the rise as a whole.After the production efficiency of the fruit plantation industry reached an extreme value of 0.812 in 2008,it began to decline slowly,and it fell to an extremely low value of 0.7312 in2014.After 2014,Zhejiang Provincial fruit plantation production efficiency began to pick up,rising to 0.8372,the highest point in the inspection period in 2017.From a regional comparison point of view,after 2003,Zhejiang fruit plantation industry production efficiency exceeded the national and eastern average levels,and basically maintained in the 4th-5th place in the eastern region,and there is still a certain gap with the highest level in the eastern region,and there is certain competitive pressure.Thirdly,the overall consumption demand for fruits is the most closely related indicator of the production efficiency of the fruit plantation industry in Zhejiang Province.Without considering the weight of the indicators,the gray correlation level of the per capita consumption of fruits ranks first among all indicators.The gray correlation degree of the business area index of the commodity trading market for dried and fresh fruits of more than 100 million yuan ranked second.Considering the weight of the index,the total value of foreign fruit demand is the index that has the greatest impact on the production efficiency of Zhejiang fruit plantation.In short,the expansion of the demand for fruits at home and abroad,increasing market demand for fruit quality will place higher demands on the supply level of Zhejiang fruit planting industry.In the context of the continuous loss of agricultural production factors such as rural cultivated land resources and human capital,increasing production efficiency through promoting the development of agricultural modernization,giving play to the guiding role of market demand,cultivating leading companies in the fruit planting industry,and establishing and perfecting the fruit trading market will become the only way for the sustainable development of Zhejiang fruit planting industry in the future.
