The Whole Process Of Cost Management's Application And Research On The Government Investment Agent Construction Projects

As a new management mode,government invested project agent construction system has been widely used in China,but how to manage the cost of agent construction project remains to be further explored.As one of the important participants,agent construction unit's management level is closely related to the project implementation effect.In agent construction management mode,cost is an important evaluation index.In this paper,the implementation of "agent construction" of a city public air defense project as the research object,combined with the whole process cost management theory,to explore the cost management related issues in the process of agent construction project management.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research;the second chapter is the summary of relevant theories,which introduces the main theories involved in the research;the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and cost management of a city's public civil air defense project;the fourth chapter describes the role of cost management;the fifth chapter analyzes the problems and reasons of the project;the sixth chapter puts forward the improvement measures for the problems And countermeasures.Combined with my many years of cost management experience in a city's Agent Construction Bureau,taking a city's public air defense project as an example,through the application of the whole process cost control theory,the "agent construction" project and the whole process cost management theory are organically combined to solve the practical problems encountered in the process of project promotion.It can be concluded that the cost management method has a strong practical significance.
