The source of forming the company's core competitiveness is talent.As an important factor related to the sustainable development of enterprises,youth talent management has become a subject,and more and more enterprises pay attention to it.It is directly related to the realization of enterprise strategic goal.The young employees,their endless vitality,courage and insight are treasure for company.It is of great significance to establish a good platform for young people's growth and promote important tasks such as technological innovation and the construction of the workforce.Especially in the technology,economy,efficiency,and sustainable development of the enterprise.Various organizations in the system,especially large state-owned enterprises and vertically managed government administrative units,need to attach great importance to the training of young talents.At present,the power industry is in the critical period of industry system reforming.On the way to creating a first-class power grid company,it is indispensable to enterprises that young people grow and struggle together with enterprise responsibility.With the rapid growth of socioeconomic and technology and diverse environment,how to improve the current training of young talents,and how to retain,explore,and cultivate talents is especially critical for enterprises to comprehensively advance various tasks.This article starting with studying and analyzing the current situation and problems of youth talent management in the M Power Supply Bureau,combining industry characteristics and corporate strategic goals,focusing on corporate training,performance assessment and talent pool construction,integrating relevant theories and excellent practices of young talent training at home and abroad.The researching around ideas leadership,career development,physical and mental health,live and work in several areas,by using literature analysis methods,case studies and survey methods to analyze the problems of young talent management,and then design a young talent recruitment,training,leadership development,performance management,appointment,and talent echelon construction project operation optimization plan for the six main projects,and draw relevant conclusions and recommendationsThrough the optimization of the six major projects,the following key issues are focus on: improving the talent quality equivalent by optimizing recruitment and training;completing the youth performance management to encourage youth innovation and effectiveness;enhancing talent echelon construction and improving talent pool management;discovering high-potential young talents and improving the core competitiveness ofenterprises.Finally,providing guarantees from these five aspects of organization,system,training,technology,and culture.The optimized youth talent management program will integrate the system's processes and concepts into practical applications,to improve existing problems in a targeted manner and inspire young people to play their part,which is enhancing enterprise talent reserve substantially.With the improvement of management concepts,the development of supporting technologies and the requirements of strategic goals,the management of young talents becomes necessary and will play an important part of the everlasting foundation of enterprise management.Combining with the industry and actual system,the article makes inspection and complement on applicability of relevant theories through the current new and effective management methods of young talents,and summarizing the suitable young talents training model for electric power enterprises in the context of deepened reform of state-owned enterprises,which can provide similar large-scale state-owned enterprises and vertically managed government administrative units with some young talent management ideas and referential reports,broadening the dimension and depth of young talent management.
