In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,talent is a strategic resource for national revitalization and winning the initiative in international competition,the foundation for building socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the "first resource" for high-quality development of enterprises.In terms of talent training,there is still a large gap compared with advanced benchmark enterprises and other Fortune 500 companies,especially in the training of young talents is still lagging far behind the international first-class investment groups.Therefore,it is of great importance to continue to adhere to the glorious tradition of the leadership of the Communist Party of China,to comply with the call of the Party Central Committee to strengthen the enterprise with talents in the new era,to promote the work of talents based on talents,especially young talents,and to study how to give full play to its development potential,enhance its development momentum and shape its development advantages.Based on an in-depth study of the historical lineage,industrial layout,personnel composition,and policy implementation of T Group,the article analyzes the following problems in the cultivation of young talents in T Group through the comprehensive application of relevant theories and employee interviews: first,the lack of institutional planning and the lack of attention to the cultivation of young talents;second,the lack of relevance of the cultivation system,which cannot combine the strategic needs of the group with the career planning of young;third,the single training method,the form,and content ignore the personal development needs of young talents;fourth,the evaluation and assessment mechanism is not sound,the assessment standard knowledge,scientific degree,precision needs to be improved;fifth,the use of incentive application is not sufficient,the incentive guidance effect is not obvious.According to the actual situation of T Group and its region,based on clear general ideas,propose targeted optimization strategies: first,to develop relevant system planning to systematically guide the training of young talents;second,to accurately identify internal high-quality talents and build a scientific youth talent training system;third,to flexibly expand ideas and effectively explore means of youth talent training from multiple angles;fourth,improve the youth assessment and evaluation mechanism to provide an objective and accurate reference for the evaluation of youth talent training;fifth,strengthen the means of incentives to stimulate the internal motivation of young employees to generate talent.With the four aspects of organizational leadership,corporate culture,capital,and information technology as the mechanism guarantee,we will promote the highquality development of youth talent training work of T Group and provide talent support and intellectual guarantee for building a domestic first-class and internationally renowned comprehensive state-owned capital investment group,and at the same time provide some ideas and feasible solutions for youth talent training of the same type of local state-owned enterprises and vertically managed government administrative units.
