Research On The Satisfaction Of Bicycle Sharing In China Based On Internet Public Opinion

Bicycle sharing is an environmentally friendly way of travel,which has become quite popular in China in recent years.Bicycle sharing not only relieves traffic pressure,facilitates people to travel,but also has a very important role in promoting energy saving and emission reduction.User satisfaction with shared bicycles is an important factor in determining whether users continue to use shared bicycles.The Internet is an important platform for users to evaluate shared bicycles.By collecting online public opinion data and studying shared bicycle satisfaction,it is of great significance to the development of China’s public transportation field.This article takes China’s shared bicycle satisfaction as the research object,first introduces the related concepts of customer satisfaction and the definition of shared bicycle satisfaction in this article,by collecting public opinion information on shared bicycles on the Internet,using text mining and sentiment analysis technology,Satisfaction data for shared bicycles was obtained.In addition,a descriptive statistical analysis and comparative study on the shared bicycles of four major brands in China(Didi,Meituan,Hello,OFO).It was found that Didi shared bicycles had the highest satisfaction and the lowest OFO.In most cases,the price increase of shared bicycles does not affect the satisfaction of shared bicycles.Only in a few cases will the satisfaction of shared bicycles be reduced.Secondly,in order to make the shared bicycle companies more profitable,this paper explores the factors that make users choose to travel with shared bicycles,and uses descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,factor analysis and neural network analysis to study the correlation between weather and shared bicycle satisfaction.Two cities,Chengdu and Beijing,were selected to analyze the correlation between their weather conditions and the satisfaction of shared bicycles,and to compare the impact of different weather conditions on travel.In a study on the satisfaction of shared bicycles in Beijing,it was found that the weather conditions,temperature and air pressure have a certain correlation with Beijing satisfaction.Satisfaction is slightly higher when the weather conditions are sunny than when the weather conditions are cloudy.A study on Chengdu’s bicycle sharing satisfaction found that,unlike Beijing,the weather conditions in Chengdu hardly affect its satisfaction.The volume of public opinion,maximum temperature,and wind speed are related to Chengdu’s satisfaction.According to the above situation,this article puts forward some suggestions for improving the operation of shared bicycles.For enterprises,some preferential policies should be formulated according to the weather conditions of the city to extend the riding time and protect road safety in rainy days.As far as the government is concerned,it is necessary to improve the policies related to shared bicycles,and incorporate shared bicycles into the urban public transportation system,improve the market access conditions for shared bicycles,and strengthen the supervision of shared bicycles.
