Research On The Synergetic Effect Of Industrial Structure Up-Grading In Northwest China

Regional coordinated development is a necessary foundation for promoting sustainable economic development.With the proposal of the "Belt and Road" initiative,the state has implemented a series of measures to narrow the development gap between the east and the west,but there is still a large gap between the economic development of the northwest and the country.In addition to being restricted by the special natural environment and backward economic foundation of the northwest region,the regional coordinated development is also an important factor affecting the regional coordinated development of the northwest region.Analyze the status quo of the industrial structure in the northwestern region,reveal the existing problems in the industrial structure of the northwestern region,formulate realistic and forward-looking regional industrial policies,promote strengths and avoid shortcomings,work together,accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,and provide theoretical guidance for catching up and surpassing strategic goals.This thesis first uses the industrial structure similarity coefficient and location entropy to analyze the evolution process of the industrial structure in the northwest region in the past 13 years,and clarifies the development status of the industrial structure in the northwest region.Then,using the Moore value model measurement results as the parent sequence,10 parameter indexes are selected from the four major structural systems as the sub-sequences for gray correlation analysis to evaluate the industrial structure upgrade and its spatial synergy in the northwest region from 2006 to 2018.The grey prediction model is used to predict the synergy effect of the industrial structure upgrade in the northwest region in 2019-2023.The research shows that the overall structure of the northwestern region and the provinces has basically completed the "three two one" structural transformation.Basically conforms to the law of international industrial structure evolution.The analysis in the research results found that the problem of industrial isomorphism in the northwest region is prominent,but the similarity of natural resources and economic development levels in the northwest region will also lead to the industrial isomorphism to a certain extent,and the five provinces in the northwest region are found through the location entropy calculation The advantage industries are different,and there is a gap in the industry gradient.And in the spatial and interval synergy analysis of industrial structure upgrade,the synergy degree in the northwest region is at the middle and high levels.The corresponding level is also maintained in the results of predictive analysis.Finally,in order to speed up the process of economic integration in the northwestern region,this article suggests:establishing an institutionalized liaison mechanism for the coordinated development of regional industries;building an inter-provincial industrial chain in the northwestern region;and improving the business environment in the northwestern region.
