China Agricultural Science And Technology Innovation Analysis And Evaluation Based On Grey System

Our country is an agricultural country, agriculture is a basic industry,strategic industry of our country. Development of agriculture increase of farmers’ income, prosperity of the rural economy are the important safeguards of the construction of a harmonious society, the realization of the all-round well-off、the construction of ecological civilization country.But the base status of agriculture in our country is weak, agricultural development speed is lagging behind comparatively,the level of agricultural production technical equipment and labor productivity are low,agricultural infrastructure is weak,poor ability to resist disasters,agricultural production is faced with the specific national conditions of less arable lands and larger population.Agricultural resources per capita is low in the world,this is the biggest restriction factor for china’s agricultural development. Agricultural science and technology innovation is the precondition of changing agricultural development mode,Adjusting and optimizing agricultural structure, forming new ideas of agricultural development.Only by focusing on agricultural science and technology innovation, do rural reforms make each work has new breakthrough in the countryside.This paper firstly introduced the basic concept of innovation,then from the basic concept of innovation gave the basic concept and the connotation of agricultural science and technology innovation, then according to the characteristics of the agricultural science and technology innovation,established the agricultural science and technology innovation evaluation index system of influence factors and the evaluation index system of provincial agricultural science and technology innovation level of china respectively. Analyzed and researched the evaluation index system of influence factors quantitatively by using grey correlation analysis method,it was concluded that at present the main motivators are the agriculture graduates number of undergraduate course and junior college each year,agricultural funds in the National key basic research development plan, agricultural funds in the State support plan,agricultural project numbers in the Research and development institutions R&D project and agricultural project numbers in university R&D project,relatively weak motivators are the farmers’ education level and the way of accept education;Using grey correlation clustering analysis,our country could be divided into six classes according to the level of agricultural technological development,then analyzed the current situation and common point of each kind of agricultural technological development according to the classification results.At last, according to the research result,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions which had a certain practical significance to the development of our country’s agricultural science and technology innovation.
