Study On The Countermeasures Of Agricultural Sustainable Development In The Loess Plateau

As one of the birthplaces of the ancient civilization of the Chinese nation,the Loess Plateau is a typical traditional agricultural area.The Loess Plateau is the birthplace of Chinese civilization,and it is also one of the most vulnerable areas in China's ecological environment.The Loess Plateau is mainly rainfed agriculture,however,the lack of water resources and the relatively poor natural conditions makes the local agricultural productivity low and the capacity for sustainable development is relatively weak.The issue of agricultural development in the Loess Plateau is studied in this paper,by discussing the obstacles faced by the agricultural development in the area,rationalization proposals and countermeasures were put forward,in order to promote the sustainable and stable development of agriculture in this area.In this paper,the obstacle factors and tillage Countermeasures of the agricultural development in the Loess Plateau are deeply analyzed and discussed.First,the related theories of the agricultural development of the Loess Plateau were summarized,the theoretical foundation of the paper was rammed.Secondly,the present situation and characteristics of the agricultural development in the Loess Plateau were reviewed and summarized in detail,the main influencing factors of the agricultural development in the Loess Plateau area were discussed through the data analysis and other methods.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The present situation of agricultural development in the Loess Plateau: The main agricultural products of the Loess Plateau are corn,wheat,sorghum,millet and other grain crops;the agricultural technology in the Loess Plateau is lagging behind,and the extension of agricultural technology is also insufficient;The light resources are abundant,but the area of cultivated land is small,the quality arable land is lacking,and the amount of precipitation is less and more concentrated.(2)The hindrance factors of agricultural development in the Loess Plateau: One is the climatic factors,including smaller rainfall and multiple droughts;Two is the geographical factors,including soil erosion,land desertification,land barren;Three is the human factors,including the lack of water conservancy facilities,and the lack of technical team;Four is the government factors,including the lack of government funding,and the lack of support to agricultural industry.(3)Agricultural Cultivation Countermeasures in the Loess Plateau: First of all,according to the climate factors,we should strengthen the introduction of drought resistant products and technology,by selecting varieties of drought resistant crops,adopting new tillage techniques,and strengthening the improvement of drought resistant crops,etc.in order to increase the utilization rate of water resources and enhance the tolerance of crops to the drought and less rain environment in the Loess Plateau,and to improve the grain yield.Secondly,in view of the geographical factors such as soil erosion,land desertification and land barren,we should plant diversified crops,especially planting crops with wind and sand fixation and soil and water conservation functions.At the same time,promote the recovery of soil fertility by organic fertilizer application amount,the application of the new type of chemical fertilizer,improved microorganisms and abandoned abandoned etc.,to create favorable conditions for the sustainable development of agriculture in the Loess Plateau.Thirdly,in view of the lack of water conservancy facilities and lack of human factors such as technical team,we should vigorously cultivate innovative agricultural technology talents,set up specialized agricultural technology research institutions,and build scientific and technological talents support system for agricultural development in the Loess Plateau.Finally,in view of the lack of government funds and industrial support,we should increase financial investment and strengthen infrastructure construction,such as irrigation and water conservancy.At the same time,we will cultivate regional agricultural leading enterprises through financial support,tax relief and so on,and promote the upgrading of regional agricultural production technology and product quality,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of agriculture in the Loess Plateau.
