Research On Human Resource Training System Of D Hotel Pavement Renovation Project

The most important resource in the 21 st century,human resource,is also a crucial factor in determining the success or failure of an enterprise.The quality of enterprise project management largely depends on the quality of project personnel.How to improve the quality of project personnel through training,and making them as an important guarantee for the success of project management is a very practical work.This work takes the pavement reconstruction project of D hotel in Qinhuangdao as the research object,through the analysis of the personnel disposition,training present situation and so on in the project reconstruction process.it can be seen that the pavement reconstruction project of D hotel in human resources training there are many deficiencies,greatly affecting the speed of the project progress.To effectively promote the smooth implementation of the project,it is necessary to provides a reliable human resource guarantee for successful accomplishment of project by establishing a sound project human resources training system.but also for the same kind of project training system to provide reference.Firstly,this study uses the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature research to investigate the current situation of the human resource training system in the pavement reconstruction project,and finds out the existing problems through comparison and analysis.Secondly,establishing a human resource training system framework is in line with the actual situation of the project according to the actual situation of project management,based on the relevant theories,and through the effective transformation of the functional training concept currently adopted by the construction units.Finally,in order to promote the smooth implementation of the training system,it puts forward several measures such as the system guarantee,the resource guarantee and the fund guarantee of human resource training.In this paper,the project management and Human resources training in two areas of related theoretical knowledge,take the pavement reconstruction project of D hotel as the main content,research the human resources training system applied in the project,and formulate a scientific and perfect training system,to radical break the passive training and lack of systematic thinking of construction enterprises in the process of project implementation,and to strengthen the implementation of the concept of learning organization in the whole process of project implementation,create a good training environment,break the traditional concept of education and training,and make good use of the thinking of project management to do the training work well.
