Project Management belongs to consulting service industry. Mostly, the staff which provides supervision services determines the quality of service. Therefore, in order to develop core competitiveness, Project Management Enterprise must train a large number of staff which professional in knowledge and skills, and also have the sense of responsibility and sense of service. DADG Company has expanded their business rapidly in recent three years; however lack of professionals seriously constraints Market Expansion. From 2009, the DADG Company gradually carries out various training, but a lot of problems were still found in the training implementation processes which impede the realization of corporate strategic objectives. In this background, this paper has three meanings, the first solves the company problems in market competition; and the second solves problems in staff training and human resource development issues; and the last, has a certain reference in related service companies.Firstly, based on research Human resource theory and analysis of training practice on Domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper analysis the necessity, feasibility of training system of the DADG Company. Secondly, in the current environment, through analysis the company's human resources system and training situation found the existing training problems. Thirdly, according to the company "integrated supervision" guiding ideology, human resources training theory as the basis constructed a training system which combines the enterprise development strategy and human resources management. Then through the training organization system, course system, process systems and support systems, we will make the training work modular and routing. Good operation of training system, effectively support the company production and business development. Finally, full consideration of the actual raining work environment, implementation of staff training system should be improved. This article through the theory with practice, try to set up a suit of the supervisory enterprise employee training system, and help enterprise to build a learning-oriented organization and learning-type employees, also list some specific executable suggestions of Training management system and form.
