Research On Risk Evaluation Of China Construction Bank's Internal Control Environment In The Context Of Internet+

Under the penetration of Internet technology,the development of the international banking industry may face more challenges brought by the new changes in the operating environment in the future.In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the "Internet +" action plan in the government work report.In recent years,commercial banks of domestic entities have begun to seek new service channels under the impact of the current situation.The internal control environment has also changed during the transition of traditional commercial bank management to collaborative fintech development model.Therefore,the banking industry must further standardize the internal control system in order to achieve sustainable development.In this paper,Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to evaluate the risks of CCB's internal environmental control in the internet + Background.First,based on the five elements of the internal control environment,the organizational structure elements are divided into governance structure elements and organization setting elements.At the same time,increase the operating model as a supplementary environmental factor to analyze the internal control environment of China Construction Bank.Then establish a risk evaluation index system according to the overall thinking and design principles,and use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for empirical analysis.Then evaluate the empirical analysis results and draw conclusions:The comprehensive score of CCB's internal control of environmental risks is between the possibility and the probability of risk evaluation level,and the risk level is average.Among the criteria-level indicators identified below the target level,the risks of governance structure elements,organization setting elements,corporate culture elements,and operating mode element indicators are higher than those of other internal control environment element indicators.Among them,the risk assessment scores of institutional setting elements have the highest scores.Finally,according to the main risk points,corresponding suggestions are given to make the bank's innovative service model improve its competitiveness.
