The rapid development of knowledge economy,global competition is increas-ingly fierce,makes knowledge and talent become the main driving force of economic development.Knowledge-based employees as a key resource for enterprise competition and rapid development,its self-leadership ability is particularly important for the sustainable development of enterprises.After the theory of self-leadership,scholars have carried out more research on it,the dimension of self-leadership has been relatively clear and has been widely recognized by academia.The current research focus is how self-leadership plays its leadership effectiveness.Self-leadership affects the behavior of the organization’s employees,and the employee’s behavior is closely related to his job satisfaction.Based on the theory of reading,collating and analyzing,this paper puts forward that there is an intermediary effect in the relationship between self-leadership and employee’s job satisfaction in China,and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis and theoretical model.The paper through questionnaires that relatively mature and conform to the actual situation of our country,using the SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the data,mainly descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,finally have the conclusions:(1)The four dimensi-ons of Self-Leadership,self-goal setting,self-reward,self-talk and expected success have a significant positive impact on employee’s job satisfaction;self-punishment dimension has no significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction.(2)The dimensions of Work engagement all have significant positive impact on job satisfaction.(3)self-goal setting dimension of self-leadership has an significant impact on the three dimensions of work engagement;Self-reward dimension has significant positive impact on Vigor and absorption dimension;self-talk dimension has positive impact on vigor dimension;The expected success dimension has a significant positive impact on dedication and absorption dimension.(4)Work engagement plays a partial intermediary role between self-leadership and job satisfaction.This study not only can enrich the related theory of self-leadership,work engagement and job satisfaction,but also provide the corresponding suggestions and strastegies for enterprise managers,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.However,due to the scope of the sample source,time and other conditions,the conclusions of this paper there are some limitations,to be more in-depth discussion.
