With the aggravation of the economic globalization and the trade globalization,R&D cooperation has become an irresistible trend for supply and demand companies to exchange production data or information technology to seek higher returns under the market environment.However,due to the incompleteness of information and the uncertainty of human behavior,cooperation is often unsustainable,accompanied by certain complexity and uncertainty from the perspective of bounded rationality.At the same time,knowledge spillovers as one of the main concepts that can explain agglomeration plays an important role in the process of cooperative R&D innovation and regional economic growth.Under this background,it is of great significance to establish a sustainable cooperative innovation relationship and explore cooperative R&D innovation in supply and demand network.At the same time,it is significant to promote the overall efficiency and competitiveness of supply and demand network enterprises.In order to explore the complexity and uncertainty of the R&D cooperation between supply and demand net enterprises.This paper used the game theory as the research tool to construct the R&D cooperation strategy selection model based on the view of knowledge spillover among the enterprises of supply and demand network from the aspects of cooperative innovation cost,R&D risk,knowledge spillover firstly;Secondly,it established another model of the enterprise R&D cooperation strategy evolution game by introducing the third-party regulatory incentive and supervision mechanism.After that,it did an analysis about the stability,evolution path and the sensitivity analysis of parameters on the model.Thirdly,it did a research and carried a simulation by the example of R&D cooperation in new technology enterprise.Finally,according to the results of the study,it puts forward some suggestions to promote cooperation between the supply and demand network research and development.This paper put forward some research conclusions: in the long run,the supply and demand network enterprise R&D cooperation strategy choice evolution eventually may stabilize in the "cooperation" or "selfish".The ultimate stability of the model is closely related to cost of cooperation,cooperation risk and knowledge spillover coefficient.Under certain conditions,by reducing the cost of cooperation,increasing knowledge spillover coefficient,reducing the risk of cooperation,increasing the degree of motivation,increasing default penalty,reducing the pay cost will help enterprises to carry out knowledge spillover,encourage R&D cooperation strategy from the "selfish" to "cooperation" and reach a consensus on cooperation eventually.The innovation of this article is: This paper studied enterprise R&D cooperation strategy choice based on the perspective of knowledge spillover,it considered the incentive,regulation and pay cost that enterprise payed to the regulators.It not only improve R&D cooperation theory of the SDN enterprise from the perspective of knowledge spillover,but also can provide certain guidance to real business practice.
