The number of small and micro enterprises in China is increasing year by year,which stimulates the development potential of the market economy and the speed of product replacement.It has made continuous progress in product research and development,technological innovation and marketing,and has become an indispensable subject in the market economy,bringing vitality to technological innovation.The operation and production scale of small and micro enterprises is small,the organizational structure is simple,the system construction is imperfect,the economic foundation is relatively weak,the operation and management are significantly affected by market changes,and the funding demand gap is relatively large,especially the "new crown" epidemic in 2020 is small and micro The development of enterprises and the resumption of production bring challenges,and there is a phenomenon of insufficient capital turnover.The expansion of financing needs of small and micro enterprises has provided opportunities for banks' credit business development.Especially in the context of big data,more and more commercial banks rely on Internet technology to tap the potential value of big data,launch big data credit products,and solve small and micro businesses.Compared with traditional financial products,the diversified needs of corporate customers have advantages in customer marketing,product innovation,and customer risk assessment.This question selects T commercial banks as the research object,mainly adopts a questionnaire survey method,and conducts a descriptive statistical analysis from the aspects of T bank's credit business status and the consideration factors of credit fund allocation.First,analyze the basic situation of T bank's small and micro enterprise credit business,including credit products,business characteristics and business advantages.It has a relatively high market share in the loan market in City Y.It has developed and designed a number of new financing products for small and micro enterprises,which has alleviated the financing difficulties of the enterprise to a certain extent.Secondly,with the increasing market competition and the assimilation of financing products,T Bank gradually exposed problems and risks in the development of small and micro-enterprise financing business,such as fewer product types,marketing efficiency,insufficient trust between banks and enterprises,and insufficient credit supply.Based on the development process and characteristics of T Bank,this paper proposes an optimization strategy for optimizing the financing products of T Bank 's small and medium-sized enterprises,and improves service capabilities and competitiveness from various aspects such as experience learning,innovative marketing models,product diversification,and the establishment of a credit evaluation system.Similar business of banks also has guiding significance.
