Evaluation Of Rural Transformation Development Status And Classification Of Ideal Models

Since the founding of People's Republic of China,the special economic development strategy of sacrificing agriculture and developing industry has led to the slow speed of economic development and social development for the vast rural areas,and the farmers' economic income and social status have fallen into a double low dilemma.In order to solve the rural and farmers' problem,the country implemented a rural revitalization strategy,and many villages began to transform and upgrade.However,there are many development directions for rural transformation,and the prerequisites for each transformation direction are different.Some villages have a blind transformation phenomenon.For the purpose of solving this phenomenon and providing relevant departments with reference opinions on rural transformation and development.Firstly,This paper summarizes and analyzes the connotation,differentiated characteristics,influencing factors and driving mechanisms of rural transformation development at home and abroad,and proposes a theoretical analysis framework model for rural transformation development,which mainly discusses the theoretical basis for constructing the status quo's evaluation index system of rural transformation development and judging the ideal direction of rural transformation development.Secondly,with the guidance of the theoretical analysis framework model of rural transformation and development:(1)Based on reference to the commonly used indicators of the academic community in the characteristics of rural transformation and development(such as population structure,land use structure,industrial structure and public product structure),combined with the research area to select the evaluation indicators according to local conditions.Then,the AHP method is used to determine the index weights and build an evaluation index system for the status quo of rural transformation and development.It needs to be clear that the indicators in the evaluation index system of rural transformation and development status are fluid and uncertain.(2)Combining the driving mechanism with the theory of rural restructuring and the theory of actor networks,and put forward to a universal tool for analyzing the development direction of rural transformation: exogenous structural analysis and endogenous structural analysis.The analysis of exogenous structure is based on the spatial location of the village,which is suitable for the analysis of what kind of leading industry combination is suitable for the village,and the macro-level,theoretical rural transformation and development industry positioning guidance tool.The analysis of endogenous structure is based on the endowment of rural resources,and analyzes the path of rural transformation and development.Micro-level and theoretical specific strategies of rural transformation and development.Finally,the status evaluation of the Yaye Village in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province is carried out by using the constructed evaluation index system of rural transformation and development status.Furthermore,the internal and external source structural analysis of Yaye Village was carried out to find out that the leading industry category of Yaye Village's transformation and development was agriculture + industry,specifically,seedling planting industry and related deep processing industry.Pointed out the realization path of the ideal model for the transformation and development of Yaye Village.
