Research On The Implementation Performance Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In X County,Hunan Province

In this paper,based on field investigation to obtain the firsthand data of X county of Hunan province,according to the precise operation logic and its accuracy for poverty alleviation poverty reduction,in line with the actual conditions of implementing performance,established the accurate identification,accurate support,poverty alleviation rule of three layer,include population identification,12 secondary indicators such as population dropout rates of X county of Hunan province accurate implementation of the performance evaluation index system for poverty alleviation,and then using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP),step by step analysis,calculate the specific weight of each indicator and sorted,then with the help of A-F model precise and comprehensive implementation of performance assessment system for poverty alleviation in the area of research,the results showed that:Accurate identification and withdrawal of poor households is not accurate enough;Lack of education and "skills";Per capita disposable income of households is not optimistic;The level of medical security needs to be improved and the infrastructure needs to be further improved.Finally,targeted measures to improve the performance of targeted poverty alleviation in X county of Hunan province are put forward.With the help of big data,the accuracy of identification and withdrawal can be improved.Increasing education and training to promote sustainable development in poor areas;Fully tap local characteristic resources to promote long-term and effective income and poverty alleviation;We will improve the rural medical security system and increase the construction of rural medical facilities.We will strengthen infrastructure development and improve public services.
