| With the improvement of living standard,the improvement of living conditions and the development of science and technology,people’s demand for hot water bath at home has been basically met.With the change of the structure of the school dormitory,although the way of students’ bathing in the school has changed from public bath to independent bath,but due to the limitations of capital,technology,safety management and other aspects,the hot water bathing needs of school students have not been well met.However,in recent years,with the general application of BOT mode in university infrastructure construction and the development of hot water supply technology,it provides a turning point for the improvement of hot water bath supply system in students’ dormitories,as well as a business development opportunity for hot water companies.Through the research of this paper,it can not only provide XL hot water company with targeted development strategy optimization,but also provide some development strategies for other companies in the same industry,and also provide some reference for the transformation and development of traditional enterprises in the Internet environment.The research object of this paper is XL hot water company of Guilin city.It uses PEST model,Porter five forces model,SWOT model and other competitive strategic theories to study and analyze the development status of XL hot water company,points out the existing problems of the company,and puts forward the development strategy of the company.Firstly,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external macro environment;secondly,five forces model is used to analyze the five forces faced by the company;finally,in combination with the basic situation of XL hot water company,SWOT is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the company,and then the main problems faced by the company are pointed out.According to the analysis results,aiming at the problems in the development of XL hot water company,combined with the current market environment and future development trend,we will determine the strategy choice of the company’s development,and then formulate four development strategies,including the Internet plus innovation strategy,the brand image strategy,the partnership strategy and the core talent strategy.The specific guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy are formulated in the aspects of model innovation,establishment of partners,establishment of the company’s brand image,improvement of the company’s organizational structure,introduction of high-quality talents,etc.Through the company development strategy,the company can recognize the current market situation,realize the organic combination of the company’s advantages and market opportunities,improve the company’s disadvantages,effectively avoid market threats,and realize the continuous expansion of the company’s business scale,operating revenue and strength. |
