Inner Mongolia HRD Power Generation Company Development Strategy Research

Affected by the slowdown of China's economic growth,in recent years,China's power industry has slowed down the pace of development,and stepped into the structural adjustment period,in which also the power generation industry,especially the thermal power industry has been affected.The economy of our country in the future,nevertheless,for a period of time still will be rapidly developing in the potential of such a background,the whole society electricity demand will continue to soar,China's power industry will have very large margin of development.On the demand side,it is estimated that,during the period of the "13th Five-Year",thermal power generating capacity grows at an steady average annual rate,which is between 6.7% to 7%.To the eng of the "13th Five-Year" period,thermal power generation capacity is expected to reach 1600 billion KWh.On another side,supply,during the “ 12th-Five-Year ' period,a 1893.8-billion-Yuan investment has been completed in the country's major power companies' power supply projects,which is 49.64% of the total investment of the country's major electric power enterprises.At the same time,in the near future,the power investment structure will be further optimized,and continue to be transferred to the western region which contains abundant resources of energy.China's power industry will be facing increasingly strict requirement refer to environment,as a whole.Also it will be facing the downward trend of the whole industry caused by the decrease of the electricity demand in the society,and the more and more intense market rival caused by increased power capacity.With such a complex and grim industrial situation,it is initial for the power industry,with an effective strategy,to reform,to develop,to survive,to make a progress,to grow.In this paper,a study of development strategy is completed,based on Inner Mongolia HRD Power Generation Company.In the research of the company's development strategy,the paper firstly summarized the theory of enterprise development strategy and analysis tools,as the research foundation and support.And next,the paper concluded and researched the external environment and internal conditions of the HRD company.It was to determine the development target by the SWOT analysis,and it was to formulate the company's strategy plan in order to guide the production and operation of the company at the same time.So under the teacher's careful and deep guidance,combining with the thinking of my own work and the understanding of management,I independently completed this paper — Research on the development strategy of Inner Mongolia HRD power generation company.7 chapters made of this paper.In order to study and analysis the company's development strategy throughout,and clearly and accurately express the course of the study,a variety of research methods were used.The ultimate goal of this paper is to make constructive suggestions for the Inner Mongolia HRD Power Generation Company.Also it is hopeful that this paper could supply references on developing strategies and study for the similar enterprises in the power generation industry.
