Study On The Construction Of Public Service System Of Yan’an Red Tourism

With the rising resident income,the mass tourism era has come,and the “individual travelled” tourism is not only an inevitable trend of mass tourism development,but also a new trend of the current tourism market.The government is one of the most important providers of tourism public services.The development of tourism public services should meet the needs of the public tourists,and the increasingly diversified demands of mass tourists stimulate the transformation of government functions and bring up new challenge to the relevant providers of tourism public services so that the tourism public services’ quality could be improved.With obvious public service characteristics,rich resources and powerful political functionality,red tourism is an unique form of tourism in China.However,most of red scenic spots are located in the old revolutionary areas with backward development.The backward economic conditions and construction of red tourism public service system in Yan’an,the old liberated area,which aggravate the contradiction between tourist’s diversified demand and the supply of tourism public service.Therefore,the public service system of red tourism in the old revolutionary base area of Yan’an is urgent to improve.In the environment of Yan’an red tourism public service,this paper studies the public service system of Yan’an red tourism with literature research,market research method,the theory of public products,new public service theory,and theory of tourism public service system,etc.It attempts to construct the public service system of Yan’an red tourism through four subsystems: red tourism public transport infrastructure service,red tourism public information service,red tourism public security rescue service,and red tourism public environment service,and introduces the overall framework of the system in detail.A questionnaire survey was conducted to tourists who came to study and visit the red tourist attraction in Yan’an,and relevant data were obtained through interviewswith staff of the scenic spot,bureau of culture and tourism,travel enterprises,etc,this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the public service system of Yan’an red tourism,including the public transport infrastructure’d development in red tourism is not matched,the supply of red tourism public information is not timely,red tourism public security rescue system is not completed,the quality of red tourism public environment is not improved.In terms of these problems and deficiencies,this paper analyzes the reasons for the imperfection of Yan’an red tourism public service system and puts forward solutions to promote the development of Yan’an red tourism public service system,the overall improvement of the tourism public service’s quality,and ultimately improve the economic,political,social and cultural benefits of Yan’an red tourism.
