Study On Optimization Of Kunming Tourism Public Service System

With the continuous development of the economy and society,the tourism industry in the world presents a trend of popularization,region-wide and individual tourists.The demand of the tourism market is diversified.China opens the mode of "national + regional" leisure vacation,and the era of individual tourists is coming.Individual tourist travel is an inevitable new trend of tourism development,which reflects the autonomy and personalization of tourists' travel.However,as individual tourists,they have higher demands for tourism public services,such as tourism transportation,tourism security and tourism information.However,whether the construction of tourism public service system is perfect or not and the reception quality and efficiency of individual tourists have become indicators to measure the development maturity of tourism in a region.Kunming is one of the top ten tourist hot cities in China and one of the first group of excellent tourist cities in China.It is rich in tourist resources.It has 3national scenic spots,1 national tourist resort,1 provincial tourist resort.However,in recent years,the tourism industry of kunming has shown a lack of sustainable development,and has become an embarrassing role of "transit place" and "transit station" for yunnan tourism.Although there are many reasons for this situation,the most important reason is that the tourism public service level is not high.Based on the analysis of kunming tourism public service system,this paper discusses the measures to optimize kunming tourism public service system.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and research significance of the topic,carefully sorts out the research results of the construction of the tourism public service system at home and abroad,defines the basic concepts,and expounds relevant theories and the components of the tourism public service system.Secondly this paper expounds the background of kunming tourism public service system construction,achievements,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature analysis method research methods,such as investigating in kunming tourism public service situation,IPA was established based on data from the data model,quantitativequalitative analysis in kunming tourism comprehensive existing problems and reasons of public service.At last,drawing on the advanced experience of Paris,Tokyo,hangzhou,xiamen and other domestic and foreign tourism developed cities,this paper explores the idea of improving kunming's tourism public service system,and puts forward the content of improving kunming's tourism public service system.To optimize the structure of the tourism public service system,balance the levels of the tourism public service system,give full play to the functions of the tourism public service system,optimize the development environment of the tourism public service system,and improve the guarantee measures of the tourism public service system.
