Among the many tourism products,ice and snow tourism is a novel and special product,which has attracted more and more people's attention.However,the current ice and snow tourism in Harbin faces many problems,such as lack of features,unformed cultural brands,and similarities.It is these problems that have led to the stagnation of the development of this product,so it is necessary to find it's unique charm and innovative development model for the Harbin ice and snow tourism industry in order to get better development.In order to promote the innovation of Harbin ice and snow culture,form a unique brand and realize the sustainable development of local tourism industry,this study conducts the current development of Harbin ice and snow tourism through literature data method,expert interview method,field research method and case analysis method.The analysis also takes the 33 rd China Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival as an example to study the status quo and existing problems of the development of innovative ice and snow tourism products,and draws the following research results:1.Ice and snow tourism is a leisure vacation.Ice and snow tourism has the characteristics of participation,experience,time,dependence and fitness.At the same time,you can classify ice and snow tourism from the aspects of sightseeing,sports and leisure,festivals,events,amusements,performing arts,and other experience classes.2.Harbin is the birthplace of China's ice and snow tourism.Ice and snow tourism has become the ace card and fist product of Harbin.However,there are still some problems in the industrial chain,competitiveness,integration development,supporting functions,brand positioning,and cultural connotation.3.Harbin has the natural and human resources foundations for thedevelopment of ice and snow tourism,such as climatic conditions,location conditions,traffic conditions,clusters of attractions,economic environment,reception capacity,and resource conditions.4.To realize the creative development of the Harbin ice and snow tourism industry,the industrial layout and model reconstruction should be carried out from the aspects of project quality improvement,sports activity integration,cultural activities integration,business and trade activities integration,equipment manufacturing integration and brand marketing promotion.5.Adhere to the key development of the “ One District,Four Belts ”development path,and create a unique urban fashion ice and snow tourist area to create a boutique ski tourism vacation route.6.Continue to carry out the annual Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival in China.On the basis of consolidating the existing advantages,through the whole city linkage and the whole society,we will create more economic and social benefits for the Harbin Ice and Snow Tourism brand.7.Through the case analysis of Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival in China,the relevant theories of tourism creative development are practiced and demonstrated,and then the feasibility strategy is proposed from various aspects.
