In recent years,China's e-commerce has developed vigorously,leading China's economy to the forefront of the world.As the fundamental guarantee for the development of e-commerce,the modern logistics system has played a central role.The special requirements of logistics for timeliness make the system have certain stability and anti-disturbance.At the same time,the rapid development of information and communication technology has led to the globalization and high dynamics of logistics systems.Therefore,the continuous and efficient operation of complex logistics systems depends on stability and dynamics.The traditional opposites view and duality view believe that the stability and dynamics constitute a contradictory and incompatible relationship,so they explore their respective necessities for the system as a whole.The paradox view of stability and dynamics points out that the stability and dynamics of the system belong to a contradictory but interdependent relationship,and this relationship is the guarantee for the efficient operation of complex systems.Based on the above background,the research process of this article has the following steps.First,literature reading,by combing the classic literature on paradox and the latest research results in recent years,in order to deepen the understanding of paradox;in addition,read a lot of relevant literature on complex systems,understand the current status of complex logistics systems research,and then clarify the research background and research significance.Second,the case is refined,this article uses Suning Logistics System as a sample for research.Through combing and deeply analyzing the relevant materials of the company,it is fully familiar with the company and writes it as a case story.Then,case analysis,on the basis of the case story,find useful materials for this research from the case,including identifying the stability and dynamics mechanisms in the system,and further exploring the mutual promotion mechanism of stability and dynamics.Finally,the model is built,after completing the case analysis,the results obtained are presented in a clear manner,and a paradox relationship model between stability and dynamics is constructed.The stability and dynamics mechanisms are shown in the model,and their mutual promotion mechanisms are revealed,and the purpose of this study is achieved.The study concludes that:(1)Stability and dynamics mechanisms coexist in complex logistics systems,and are manifested as processes and results,respectively,to ensure the efficient operation of the system;(2)Stability and dynamicsmechanisms in complex logistics systems exhibit a mutually reinforcing relationship That is,the stability process mechanism can support dynamics results,and the dynamics process mechanism can support stability results;(3)There are differences in the mechanism of different stability process mechanisms on dynamics results.Among them,the resource foundation drives system innovation,control improves system flexibility,and standardization provides basic units for system adaptability;(4)Different dynamics process mechanisms have different mechanisms for stability results.Among them,redundancy guarantees system reliability,openness enhances system normative,and interference releases attention to maintain low variance of the system and other conclusions.This essay focuses on the qualitative research method of case studies,and it is a single case,which leads to insufficient universality of conclusions.In addition,the stability and dynamics mechanisms and the recognition of the promotion path between the two are not comprehensive.In the future,more cases or practices will be needed to verify and strengthen conclusions,and quantitative research methods can be added to deepen the research.In addition,it is necessary to identify multiple stability and dynamics mechanisms and their mutual promotion relationships based on more scenarios.We can also explore the paradoxical relationship between stability and dynamics in different types of complex systems,which may lead to more reliable research conclusions.
