With the increasing importance of modern enterprise management,China's private enterprises have begun to pay close attention to human resource management.Especially for compensation management and performance management.Accelerating and improving the improvement plan of the enterprise salary system is of great significance for improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This project analyzes the salary strategy,salary structure,salary level of YT Property Service Group's existing compensation system with case studies of YT Property Services Group,using human resources management,salary system design theory and broadband compensation management methods.The salary system,the research found that YT Property Services Group's existing compensation system has problems mainly because the compensation system can not meet the long-term development requirements of the enterprise,its structure can not be adapted to the needs of employees' diversification,lack of external competitiveness and lack of timely and effective Update.Therefore,based on the actual situation of YT Property Services Group,and based on the characteristics of employees in each department,we replace functional compensation with bandwidth compensation,effectively coordinate performance,comprehensively use multiple incentives,and re-create performance appraisal and compensation feedback mechanisms to improve content.Adopting the people-oriented corporate culture,adhering to the innovation-driven cultural security measures,improving the performance appraisal system,establishing a training system,improving the institutional safeguards for the promotion mechanism,and establishing a special remuneration system to improve the organizational safeguard measures of the leading group.By improving YT's compensation system,employees' work efficiency can be improved and their work enthusiasm can be stimulated.It also provides a certain reference and guiding significance for the use of salary system to improve the use of human resources in similar small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,through the research of this paper,it can play a certain role in mastering and predicting the improvement and development of the compensation system of domestic property companies.
