An excellent leader is the key for organizational goals and a favorable working environment.As a positive leadership style,sincere leadership has an impact on subordinates by promoting working environment,thus encouraging employees to offer genuine services.The cross-departmental work style,increasing pressure of leaders,the continuous improvement of employees' knowledge and the diversification requirements of customers urge hotel managers to change the traditional leadership style and cultivate a group of managers with authentic leadership.At present,the academic circles mainly focus on the cultivation of authentic leadership,while the formation mechanism of authentic leadership style is neglected.Based on China's situation,the author adopts the qualitative research method to explore the factors influencing the sincere leadership style.Firstly,this thesis reviews relevant theoretical basis and literature,introduces related concepts of authentic leadership style and sorts out the existing research results on influencing factors of authentic leadership style,which further clarifies the specific research perspective and research questions.Secondly,the hotel industry is used as a sample source for seeking effective interviewees,data collection.Nvivo12.0 software and grounded theory research methods are applied to collate and analyze the collected data.Then,based on the theory of planned behavior and from the perspectives of “I wish”(individual behavior attitude),“ I can”(perceived behavior control)and “I should”(subjective norm),the author constructs a model and analyzes the influencing factors of authentic leadership.The research results show that the influencing factors of hotel managers' authentic leadership style are three aspects: the main leader's sincere subjective willingness,the leader's ability to show sincerity and the environment's requirement for the leader to show sincerity.Among them,the leader's sincere subjective willingness includes selfknowledge,the leader's self-respect needs and positive psychological capital for leadership;the leader 's sincere ability includes self-consistency and the leader's competency.The environment's sincere requirements for leader performance include family atmosphere,the characteristics of the leader's work tasks,superior leadership,organizational supportive atmosphere,legal and regulatory-oriented organizational ethical atmosphere,leader's working pressure and organizational cultural factors.The influencing factors of willingness and ability are classified as internal factors and the influencing factors of environmental requirements are classified as external factors.Finally,the author discusses the research results and summarizes the deficiencies,thus putting forward relevant opinions.
