As the national economy continues to climb to a new level,the tourism industry continues to develop rapidly,and the role of the hotel industry as a pillar industry of the tourism industry cannot be ignored.Talent as a prerequisite for the development of the industry,there are more and more new generation employees in the domestic hotel industry.They have strong business capabilities and can quickly adapt to the new environment in a short time,but they also have Problems such as lack of loyalty.With the continuous development of society,employees pay more and more attention to the reflection of their own value in the company,and personal achievement motivation is its representative factor.Achievement motivation is closely related to employees' work passion and loyalty.Therefore,a very important question that hotel managers need to think about and solve is how to increase the loyalty of the new generation of employees in the hotel.The focus of the article is to discuss how the new generation employees 'achievement motivation and their satisfaction with salary will affect their loyalty,and use the form of an anonymous employee questionnaire to obtain real answers to demonstrate whether the salary satisfaction is loyal to the employee.Degree has an impact;on the other hand,after adding the intermediary variable of achievement motivation,the hypothetical association is used to set up a relevant model to check the argument,and finally the conclusion can be determined.This article consists the following parts,the first part explains the selection of the thesis and its discussion background,and introduces the methods used in this study.The second part deals with the concepts related to salary satisfaction,employee loyalty,and achievement motivation.Define,and summarize its theoretical basis and related research;the third part is the design and distribution of the questionnaire;achievement motivation and the front line of the hotel.The relationship between the loyalty of the new generation of employees;the last part of the article,through the analysis of the literature and previous data,summarizes the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant positive impact between the salary satisfaction and loyalty of the new generation of employees,it can be seen that the Salary satisfaction has an important incentive effect on its loyalty.(2)There is a significant positive impact between the achievement motivation and loyalty of the new generation of employees,and each sub-dimension between the two also shows a significant positive impact.From this,it can be seen that the achievement of the new generation of employees Motivation has an important stimulating effect on its loyalty.(3)There is a significant positive impact between the salary satisfaction of the new generation of employees and their achievement motivation.At the same time,each sub-dimension between the two also shows a significant positive impact.From this we can see that the salary satisfaction of the new generation of employees has an important motivating effect on their achievement motivation.(4)Achievement motivation has a medium effect on salary satisfaction and loyalty of new generation employees.It can be said that if achievement motivation is positive,the more obvious the positive effect of salary satisfaction on employee loyalty.By analyzing the new generation of hotel employees,hotel managers can take measures such as establishing a scientific and reasonable compensation system,standardizing and fair performance management system,conducting good training and career management,and establishing incentive mechanisms that meet the needs of the new generation of employees.Improve the loyalty of the new generation of employees and lay the foundation for better achievement of corporate goals.
