Since the emergence of social media platform,it has gradually attracted the attention of academia and industry by its unique communication mode and viral diffusion ability,as well as its convenient,fast and effective information transition.Social media marketing,with its multiple advantages such as low cost,high income,rapid brand promotion and loyal customers cultivating,is gradually becoming an indispensable marketing channel in the development of enterprises.S café chains enter China in 1999,And starts social media marketing in 2015.Although it has succeeded establishing itself as the market leader with so many successful social marketing cases,there are still some problems: ignoring access to newest emerging social media platforms,resting content in lower-level fans culture marketing,lack of convenient customer service,Lack of negative public opinion management.Based on the existing problems and development bottleneck,on the basis of the theory of social media marketing,this paper summarizes social media marketing theory and research status,the implementation of S café chains of social media marketing and the analysis of existing problems.Then,it puts forward the improvement suggestions for the problems above-mentioned,such as Identify contact points and improve participation;Digging the economic value of fans,Actively grasp the change of market demand.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for specific guarantee measures.Through the research on the social media marketing strategies of S café chains in China,on the one hand,we can help it improve its social media marketing plans and guarantee measures in China,create opportunities for its development and updating,on the other hand,we can also provide some modest suggestions for Chinese enterprises in formulating social media marketing strategies.
