As a market segment of the paper industry,wipes have low concentration,weak brand awareness,obvious regional brand competition and overcapacity.Considering the strict control of industry pollution by the state and the fierce competition between brands,enterprises should pay full attention to their own marketing strategies and establish their own brand advantages in combination with Internet technology.Based on the collection of a large number of literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the launch of new product wipes on the basis of collecting a large number of literature at home and abroad,combined with STP theory,4PS theory and other marketing theories and methods.On the basis of refining and summarizing the research views of relevant marketing concepts,values and strategies at home and abroad,the theoretical basis suitable for enterprise problems is found.Use SWOT analysis tools to analyze the internal and external environment of SDQF and select appropriate strategies.In order to better understand the market segment,questionnaire surveys are used to understand the relevant situation of the wipes market.Initial understanding of the market signs of different age groups,genders,etc.According to STP theory,the wipes market is segmented by gender,age,marriage and childbirth,income status and other factors,and the main target markets are evaluated based on the company’s own resources and market potential,and finally the female group aged 20-40 with an annual income of less than50,000 is determined as the target market.This group mainly buys wipes through online shopping,and SDQF ’s marketing methods will change accordingly.Specifically,it includes fully applying new media marketing and social media marketing to all aspects of corporate marketing.Use Internet thinking to improve product quality and create new brands.In terms of marketing channels,actively expand sales channels,settle in comprehensive shopping platforms,live broadcast platforms,etc.,bid farewell to traditional advertising in terms of promotion,make full use of new media tools such as word-of-mouth marketing,fan economy,and sharing media,carry out interactive marketing,word-of-mouth marketing,and quickly enhance corporate image.
