In 2013,with the development and application of yu'ebao,the original market balance in the financial sector was broken,and the era of banks lying on their back to make money no longer exists,and they will face more severe competition challenges.As an important channel and means for commercial banks to compete with Internet finance,e-banking has a great impact on the future development direction of banks.Especially in the era of high-speed development of Internet,big data,cloud computing and other fields,commercial banks urgently need to carry out transformation and upgrading,change the traditional operation mode and service mode,and enhance their core competitiveness.In this context,commercial banks should actively explore the development strategy of e-banking business,accelerate the integration process of online and offline,reduce the cost of bank operation and service,expand its profit space,and strengthen the risk control of e-banking business to promote the efficient and stable development of e-banking business.This paper analyzes the advantages,opportunities,threats and challenges of the development of e-banking business in F branch of Agricultural Bank of China by using literature analysis,data analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods.On this basis,this paper proposes that e-banking business should be developed from three aspects: product,service and marketing,and it should be guaranteed from risk management and control,scientific and technological development,talent construction and performance distribution.This study found that to promote the rapid development of e-banking business,the key lies in complying with the trend of the times,in terms of products,we should take high-tech financial technology as a strong backing to carry out innovative development of e-banking business,to meet the convenient requirements of customers staying at home.In terms of service,we should take customer service as the core to provide customers with personalized and differentiated service needs.In terms of marketing,the bank's own marketing system should be used to conduct precise marketing for customers through screening.From the perspective of F branch,this paper has certain reference significance and guidance value for the development of e-banking business of F branch.
