Performance management is the most effective management method for group to control subsidiary.Performance management not only can embody the core values of enterprise,but also can improve the comprehensive abilities of enterprise employees and enhance the competitive strength of group.With the increase of the number and the development of the subsidiary diversification,how to control subsidiary effectively,lead the subsidiary to come true the strategic objectives and evaluate the performance of subsidiary fairly are the urgent problems of J group performance management system.From the view of performance management of group to subsidiary,design the performance management optimization scheme focus on the financial service subsidiary.This paper takes the methods of combining theory research and actual investigation,such as questionnaire,interview and so on.Firstly,the theory of performance management is reviewed.Then analyze the current performance management situation of J group to financial service subsidiary and find out the main problems and the reasons.Next according to the main thought of performance management system optimization,and take the characteristics of J group and financial service subsidiary into account,this paper put forward the improvement of current performance management system in terms of the design of performance appraisal system,the communication and feedback of performance,the utilization of performance appraisal results and so on.The design of performance appraisal system is the core of this thesis.This paper introduces the process of establishing the perfect performance appraisal system,including the design of the performance appraisal goals based on the Balanced Scored Card and the determination of the performance appraisal targets,cycles,and processes.In addition,this paper discusses the guarantee measures for the successful implementation of the performance management system.At the end of the article,the author makes a summary of the full text.This paper aims to use the Balanced Score Card and other performance management theories,improve the current J group financial service subsidiary performance management system in order to further enhance the existing human resources,stimulate the work passion and vitality of the cadres and employees,promote the core competitiveness of enterprises.
