With the fierce enterprise competition in the Information Age,the traditional enterprise performance appraisal shows out of the limit.The enterprise performance appraisal system based on Balanced Score Card proposed by Kaplan and Norton has become a new and effective strategic management tool,and has been widely used in enterprises.At present,TH group is a group company mainly focusing on real estate development.With the change of market environment,TH group has made the choice of strategic transformation,and plans to focus on featured cultural tourism.The original performance appraisal is not fully adapted to the needs of strategic transfer.It is imperative to introduce the Balanced Score Card in its performance appraisal.This paper conducts literature research,expert interview and enterprise investigation to understand the current situation of TH group,the content and application of Balanced Score Card,and systematically studies how to apply Balanced Score Card in TH group.This paper finds that the original performance appraisal system of TH group has the problems of lack of guidance for action,lack of ability to acquire resources and lack of initiative in learning.Based on the strategic transformation to featured cultural tourism,this paper draws the strategic map of TH group,designs a multi-level Balanced Score Card,sets up the target and timetable,and proposes to take the high-level leadership to promote the participation of all members.This paper not only makes a theoretical discussion on the strategic transformation of TH group,but also provides a practical guide for the strategic transformation.It has both theoretical and operational characteristics and provides a good reference sample for the development and improvement of Balanced Score Card in the practice of Chinese enterprises.
