Research On Risk Management Of Supply Chain Financing Service In HT Company

As China's economy enters “new normal”,how to fully mobilize social resources and promote the development of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are of great significance in keeping the steady development of China's economy.In order to better solve the global problem of financing difficulties for SMEs,financial institutes/ supply chain management companies/ e-commerce companies all provide different types of supply chain financing services.HT Company,specialized in supply chain management,provides supply chain financing service by modes in surrogate buying and surrogate selling.HT Company involves in SMEs' current supply trading chain as a financial funder to provide financial support for SMEs.The supply chain financing service carried out by HT company does not only improve the operational efficiency of funds in the supply chain but also improve the overall efficiency,solve SMEs' financing problems to reach a win-win situation for all participants.However,there is a lot of risks in practising supply chain financing services.If the supply chain managing company does no have effective risk prevention measures and integrate risk control system,once the risk exposes,it will certainly cause serious losses.The supply chain financing business was once contributing the most to HT company's income and profit escalation.While the external economic environment worsens,a large number of risk cases break out in a short period of time,which brought a great impact to HT company.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of supply chain financing service and the current situation of HT company risk management,this research finds out HT Company had risk management problems like unscietific risk assessment,poor risk awareness,incomplete risk prevention etc.This research takes HT company's internal supply chain financing service operational process as main stream,uses scenario analysis method to identifyrisk factors,then constructs HT company's supply chain financing service risk evaluation model,by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to finally obtain HT company risk evaluation score.Followed by proposing risk prevention and safeguarding measures against major risk factors.The results of this research have first ever established an objective supply chain financing risk evaluation model for HT company and brought out specific risk management improvement suggestions.By researched on the risk management situation of HT company's supply chain financing service,this thesis not only assured HT company to improve current risk management status,additionally,but also especially studied the supply chain financial risk management from the perspective of supply chain management companies,which had deeply reviewed and researched on the risk management work of supply chain management companies in the supply chain financial business.This thesis supplemented the existing supply chain financial risk management research from a practical perspective,also provided a practical reference for other supply chain management companies to be able to significantly improve their risk management.
