Research On The Influence Of The Technology Background Of Core Executives On The Innovation Investment Of Enterprises

In the era of knowledge economy,technological innovation plays a key role in economic development and is the core of economic competition.Innovation Investment is the foundation of technology innovation and the key to improve the core competitiveness.With the development and improvement of high-echelon theory and technology innovation theory,the role of technology background executives in technology innovation has been paid more attention by scholars.At present,scholars have made a lot of researches on the technology background of core executives and innovation investment of enterprises,but from the technology background of core executives,the decision-making and execution of innovation investment of enterprises are affected,the literature on the impact of the corporate performance path is relatively small,and more focused on the empirical level.There is still room for exploring the impact of core executives' technical background on innovation investment.Firstly,this paper sorts out the relevant theories and a large number of references,which provides the theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.Secondly,by using the model of "characteristics-behavior-consequences" of high-level Echelon,the paper analyzes the characteristics of technology-background executives,and clarifies the mechanism of technology-background executives on enterprise innovation investment.Thirdly,through consulting the public speeches or decision-making behavior of core executives of x company,this paper analyzes the path of the impact of core executives on enterprise innovation investment.Finally,the effect of company X's innovation investment in the past years is analyzed in a horizontal and vertical way.From the research and development performance,market performance and financial performance,this paper evaluates the effect of X Company's Innovation Investment.To find out the deficiency,and put forward the feasibility of suggestions to further enhance the status of the case enterprises,and at the same time,to provide the feasibility recommendations for the appointment and selection of the core executives of the industry.
